摘要:
目的 研究静脉治疗护理小组对持续改进PICC护理质量和对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年4月-2020年12月进行外周穿刺置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管治疗的60例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用常规管理，观察组静脉治疗护理小组管理，比较两组护理质量水平、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的16.67%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的86.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 静脉治疗护理小组可提高护理质量水平，提高患者生活质量水平，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of intravenous treatment nursing group on continuous improvement of PICC nursing quality and quality of life.Methods A total of 60 patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) from April 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine management, and the observation group was treated with intravenous therapy nursing group management. The nursing quality level, quality of life score, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The each dimension scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 86.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous treatment nursing group can improve the level of nursing quality, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
