摘要:
目的 探讨糖尿病（DM）合并冠心病患者联合应用阿托伐他汀与冠脉舒通胶囊治疗的效果，并观察其对血脂与凝血功能的影响。方法 选择2019年5月-2021年3月青海省心脑血管病专科医院收治的66例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组33例。对照组口服阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组联合使用阿托伐他汀与冠脉舒通胶囊治疗，观察两组血脂与凝血功能改善情况，比较疗效及安全性。结果 观察组血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶（APTT）水平低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇-C（HDL-C）水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%，略高于对照组72.73%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组总不良反应发生率为6.06%，略低于对照组的18.18%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 糖尿病合并冠心病患者联合应用阿托伐他汀与冠脉舒通胶囊治疗可改善心律失常症状，降低血脂水平，改善患者凝血功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with Guanxinshutong capsule in the treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated with coronary heart disease, and to observe its effect on blood lipid and coagulation function.Methods A total of 66 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to Qinghai Provincial Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Specialist Hospital from May 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with Guanxinshutong capsule. The improvement of blood lipid and coagulation function in the two groups was observed, and the curative effect and safety were compared.Results After treatment, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), prothrombin time (PT) and partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol-C (HDL-C) was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, which was slightly higher than 72.73% of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%, which was slightly lower than 18.18% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Guanxinshutong capsule can improve arrhythmia symptoms, reduce blood lipid levels and improve coagulation function in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
