摘要:
目的 研究血常规联合C反应蛋白(CRP)检验在小儿感染类型鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年10月-2020年10月龙南巿第一人民医院收治的60例感染性疾病患儿为观察组,其中细菌性感染38例设为细菌感染组,病毒性感染22例设为病毒感染组。另以同期体检正常的60例健康儿童为对照组,比较观察组和对照组血常规白细胞(WBC)与CRP水平,并对其在不同感染类型患儿中的表达水平及检验价值进行分析。结果 观察组WBC、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌感染组WBC、CRP水平高于病毒感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WBC联合CRP检验的阳性检出率高于单一检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检验对不同小儿感染类型的诊断准确率高于WBC与CRP单一检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血常规WBC检验联合CRP检验对小儿感染疾病具有较高检出价值,可提高其对细菌性感染与病毒性感染的检验准确性。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application value of blood routine combined with C-reactive protein (CRP) test in the differential diagnosis of infection types in children.Methods Sixty children with infectious diseases admitted to Longnan First People ’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group, including 38 cases of bacterial infection as bacterial infection group and 22 cases of viral infection as viral infection group. In addition, 60 healthy children with normal physical examination during the same period were used as the control group. The levels of white blood cell (WBC) and CRP in the observation group and the control group were compared, and their expression levels and test values in children with different infection types were analyzed.Results The levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of WBC and CRP in bacterial infection group were higher than those in viral infection group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive detection rate of WBC combined with CRP test was higher than that of single test, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of combined test for different types of pediatric infection was higher than that of WBC and CRP single test, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine WBC test combined with CRP test has high detection value for pediatric infectious diseases, which can improve the accuracy of bacterial infection and viral infection.
