摘要:
目的 研究穴位贴敷联合阶段性护理对慢性盆腔炎（CPID）患者康复状况及临床症状的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月峡江县中医医院收治的69例CPID患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（34例）与观察组（35例）。对照组应用穴位贴敷联合常规护理，观察组则采用穴位贴敷联合阶段性护理，比较两组康复状况、临床症状（下腹坠痛、腰骶酸痛、月经失调、白带异常）、健康行为量表（HPLP）评分、健康调查简表（SF-36）评分、护理满意度。结果 观察组康复优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组护理后临床症状评分（下腹坠痛、腰骶酸痛、月经失调、白带异常）低于护理前，且观察组临床症状评分（下腹坠痛、腰骶酸痛、月经失调、白带异常）低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后HPLP、SF-36评分均高于护理前，且观察组HPLP、SF-36评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 穴位贴敷联合阶段性护理有助于改善CPID患者的康复状况，促进其症状缓解，可提升患者的健康行为与生活质量，具有良好的护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of acupoint application combined with staged nursing on the rehabilitation status and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID).Methods A total of 69 patients with CPID admitted to Xiajiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (35 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with acupoint application combined with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with staged nursing. The rehabilitation status, clinical symptoms (lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, menstrual disorders, leucorrhea abnormalities), health behavior scale (HPLP) score, health survey summary (SF-36) score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores (lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, menstrual disorders, abnormal leucorrhea) of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the clinical symptom scores (lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, menstrual disorders, abnormal leucorrhea) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The HPLP and SF-36 scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the HPLP and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with staged nursing is helpful to improve the rehabilitation status of CPID patients, promote their symptom relief, improve their health behavior and quality of life, and have good nursing satisfaction.
