摘要:
目的 观察心理护理干预应用于腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿病损切除患者的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年12月在我院接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿病损切除患者50例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组25例。对照组在术后采取常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预。观察两组患者护理后的疼痛程度、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、焦虑抑郁情绪。结果 试验组疼痛评分、以焦虑抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组术后肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿病损切除患者应用心理护理干预可以降低患者的疼痛程度，减少术后肛门排气时间和住院时间，缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,50 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst lesion resection in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing after operation, and the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The pain degree, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, anxiety and depression of the two groups were observed.Results The pain score and anxiety and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection can reduce the degree of pain, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life of patients.
