摘要:
目的 观察亚莫利联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的降糖效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2020年4月-2021年4月在我院诊治的102例2型糖尿病患者分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51),分别采用二甲双胍治疗及二甲双胍联合亚莫利治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标、胰岛β细胞功能指标、并发症发生率以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.07%,高于对照组的84.31%(P<0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均低于治疗前,胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均高于治疗前,且观察组HOMA-IR低于对照组,HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.84%,低于对照组的17.64%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.88%,与对照组的7.84%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 亚莫利联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病具有确切的降糖效果,可促进空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平降低,减轻机体胰岛素抵抗,改善胰岛功能,降低并发症发生率,且不会增加临床不良反应,是一种良好的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effect of amaryl combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, totally 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into control group (n=51) and observation group (n=51) by random number table method, and they were treated with metformin and metformin combined with amaryl respectively. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose index, islet β cell function index, complication rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 96.07%, which was higher than 84.31% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the islet β cell function index (HOMA-β) was higher than that before treatment, while the HOMA-IR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the HOMA-β was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.84%, which lower than 17.64% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%, compared with 7.84% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Amaryl combined with metformin has a definite hypoglycemic effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can promote the decrease of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose, reduce insulin resistance, improve islet function, reduce the incidence of complications, and will not increase clinical adverse reactions. It is a good treatment plan.
