摘要:
目的 分析呼吸道感染患者的病原性细菌检验及药敏检验结果。方法 以2019年4月-2022年4月佳木斯市中心医院收治的80例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,采集痰样本进行菌株鉴定与药敏试验,分析呼吸道感染患者的病原性细菌分布、主要革兰阴性菌及主要革兰阳性菌对不同抗菌药物的耐药性情况。结果 共检出74株病原性细菌,其中,革兰氏阴性菌61株(82.43%),革兰氏阳性菌13株(17.57%)。主要革兰阴性菌中,铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林的耐药率最高(100.00%),对亚胺培南的耐药率最低(5.00%);肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢唑林的耐药率最高(100.00%),对亚胺培南的耐药率最低(6.25%);大肠埃希菌对头孢曲松的耐药率最高(100.00%),对亚胺培南的耐药率最低(9.09%)。主要革兰阳性菌中,金黄色葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星的耐药率最高(100.00%),对替加环素的耐药率最低(0);肺炎链球菌对克林霉素的耐药率最高(100.00%),对万古霉素、替加环素的耐药率最低(0)。结论 呼吸道感染患者的病原性细菌种类较多,以革兰氏阴性菌最为常见,且各项病原菌对不同药物的耐药性存在一定差异。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the results of pathogenic bacteria test and drug sensitivity test in patients with respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 80 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. Sputum samples were collected for strain identification and drug sensitivity test. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infection and the resistance of main gram-negative bacteria and main gram-positive bacteria to different antibiotics were analyzed.Results A total of 74 pathogenic bacteria were detected, including 61 gram-negative bacteria (82.43%) and 13 gram-positive bacteria (17.57%). Among the main gram-negative bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the highest resistance rate to ampicillin (100.00%) and the lowest resistance rate to imipenem (5.00%); Klebsiella pneumoniae had the highest resistance rate to cefazolin (100.00%) and the lowest resistance rate to imipenem (6.25%); Escherichia coli had the highest resistance rate to ceftriaxone (100.00%) and the lowest resistance rate to imipenem (9.09%). Among the main gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus had the highest resistance rate to levofloxacin (100.00%) and the lowest resistance rate to tigecycline (0); Streptococcus pneumoniae had the highest resistance rate to clindamycin (100.00%), and the lowest resistance rate to vancomycin and tigecycline (0).Conclusion There are many types of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infection, among which gram-negative bacteria are the most common, and there are certain differences in the resistance of various pathogens to different drugs.
