摘要:
目的 研究血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)Ⅰ、PGⅡ及PGR值在荆州地区汉族及回族胃癌(GC)、胃溃疡(GU)患者中的意义,并探讨汉族与回族的差异。方法 选取2016年1月-2021年6月在荆州市第二人民医院初次确诊的GC及GU患者共118例,按病种及民族进行分组,其中汉族GC组30例,回族GC组28例,回族、汉族GU组各30例,比较各组PGⅠ、PGⅡ及PGR水平。结果 汉族GC组及回族GC组血清PGⅠ、PGR水平低于同民族GU组,PGⅡ高于同民族GU组,差异均有统计学意义(P<005);汉族GC组血清PGⅠ水平高于回族GC组,PGⅡ水平低于回族GC组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),汉族GC组PGR水平低于回族GC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);汉族GU组血清PGⅠ、PGR水平高于回族GU组,PGⅡ水平低于回族GU组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与GU患者比较,GC患者血清PGⅠ、PGR水平下降、PGⅡ升高,对本地区GC的筛查具有一定的临床意义。另外,汉族GU患者PGR水平低于回族GC患者,而汉族及回族GU患者PG水平无差异。
Abstract:
Objective To study the significance of serum pepsinogen (PG) Ⅰ, PGⅡ and PGR values in patients with gastric cancer (GC) and gastric ulcer (GU) in Han and Hui nationalities in Jingzhou area, and to explore the differences between Han and Hui nationalities.Methods A total of 118 patients with GC and GU diagnosed for the first time in the Second Hospital of Jingzhou from January 2016 to June 2021 were selected and grouped according to the disease and nationality, including 30 patients as Han nationality GC group, 28 patients as Hui nationality GC group, and 30 patients as Hui nationality and Han nationality GU group. The levels of PGⅠ, PGⅡ and PGR in each group were compared.Results The levels of serum PGⅠ and PGR in Han nationality GC group and Hui nationality GC group were lower than those in the same ethnic GU group, and the level of serum PGⅡ was higher than that in the same ethnic GU group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of serum PGⅠ in the Han nationality GC group was higher than that in the Hui nationality GC group, the level of serum PGⅡ was lower than that in the Hui nationality GC group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The level of PGR in Han nationality GC group was lower than that in the Hui nationality GC group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum PGⅠ and PGR in Han nationality GC group were higher than those in the Hui nationality GC group, and the level of serum PGⅡ was lower than that in the Hui nationality GC group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with GU patients, the levels of serum PGⅠand PGR in GC patients decrease and PGⅡ increases, which has certain clinical significance for the screening of GC in this region. In addition, the PGR level of Han GU patients is lower than that of Hui GC patients, while there is no difference in PG level between Han and Hui nationality GU patients.
