摘要:
随着中国老龄化加剧，老年人口增多，且老年人随年龄增加，身体机能变差，心理问题逐步凸显，老年人的身心健康问题成为社会的关注点。文化因素在老年人对健康的认知和行为方面的影响是潜在、持续、深远的。通过物质文化因素和精神文化因素两个角度对老年人身心健康的影响进行文献综述，旨在为积极应对老龄化政策制定、提升老年人身心健康水平提供重要的理论参考，为进一步对老年人身心健康的研究方向的确定提供依据。
Abstract:
th the aggravation of aging in China, the elderly population is increasing, and the physical function of the elderly is getting worse with age, and the psychological problems are gradually highlighted. The physical and mental health of the elderly has become the focus of the society. The influence of cultural factors on the health cognition and behavior of the elderly is potential, continuous and far-reaching. Through the literature review of the impact of material and cultural factors and spiritual and cultural factors on the physical and mental health of the elderly, it aims to provide an important theoretical reference for actively responding to the formulation of aging policies and improving the physical and mental health of the elderly, and provide a basis for further research on the physical and mental health of the elderly.
