摘要:
目的 研究早期护理干预对老年白内障患者术后视力恢复的影响。方法 将2021年1月-12月天津市第一中心医院收治的435例老年白内障患者纳入本次研究，所有患者均接受白内障手术治疗，采用随机数字表法分为观察组217例和对照组218例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在其基础上开展早期护理干预。比较两组术前焦虑[焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分]、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分（VAS）评分]、术后视力恢复效果、术后并发症、视功能与生存质量（VF-QOL）评分。结果 两组术前SAS评分均低于入院时，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后6、24 h的VAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后视力恢复优良率高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。术后3个月，两组VF-QOL评分均有升高，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 早期护理干预可有效缓解老年白内障患者的术前焦虑与术后疼痛程度，促进其术后视力恢复，降低并发症风险，提升视功能与生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on postoperative visual acuity recovery in elderly patients with cataract.Methods A total of 435 elderly patients with cataract admitted to Tianjin First Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were included in this study. All patients underwent cataract surgery and were divided into observation group (217 patients) and control group (218 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Preoperative anxiety [Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score], postoperative pain [Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score], postoperative visual acuity recovery effect, postoperative complications, visual function and quality of life (VF-QOL) score were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those on admission, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of visual acuity recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). At 3 months after operation, the VF-QOL scores of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain in elderly patients with cataract, promote postoperative visual acuity recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and improve visual function and quality of life.
