摘要:
目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间我院互联网线上问诊平台的诊治情况,为后续线上问诊工作的开展提供参考。方法 回顾性分析绵阳市中心医院心血管内科20名医师在2020年1月28日~2月8日通过线上问诊平台诊治的3196例患者的临床资料,分析患者的性别、年龄、全国分布情况,以及患者就诊的主要症状、内容及就诊满意度情况。结果 3196例患者男性占37.98%、女性占62.02%,青年占50.97%、中年占37.98%、老年占11.05%;全国分布排名前5的分别是湖北、广东、湖南、河南、四川;患者就诊的主要症状排名前3的是发热、咳嗽咯痰、咽喉肿痛;患者就诊的主要内容排名前3的为是否患上新型冠状病毒肺炎、所患疾病的诊断及所患疾病的用药;湖北地区与确诊人员接触占比9.25%,非湖北地区与武汉或确诊人员接触占比0.11%;参与问诊的患者均无投诉情况发生。结论 互联网线上问诊平台减少了患者不必要的医院就诊,有助于避免交叉感染,让患者足不出户获取医生在预防、就医和疫情防治知识等方面的专业指导,有力地舒缓患者的紧张情绪,及时解决患者的困惑,减少了不必要的医院就诊和心理恐慌,受到了患者的普遍认可。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of the online consultation platform of our hospital during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, and provide a reference for the follow-up online consultation work.Methods The clinical data of 3196 patients diagnosed and treated by 20 physicians in the Department of Cardiology of Mianyang Central Hospital from January 28th to February 8th, 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the gender, age and national distribution of patients were analyzed. The situation, as well as the main symptoms, content and satisfaction of patients.Results 3196 patients were 37.98% male, 62.02% female, 50.97% young, 37.98% middle-aged, and 11.05% elderly; the top 5 nationwide distributions were Hubei, Guangdong, Hunan, Henan, and Sichuan; The top 3 main symptoms are fever, cough and sputum, and sore throat; the top 3 main contents of the patient’s consultation are whether they are suffering from novel coronavirus pneumonia, the diagnosis of the disease and the medication of the disease; Hubei and diagnosed personnel accounted for 9.25%, and non-Hubei areas contacted Wuhan or diagnosed personnel accounted for 0.11%. No complaints occurred among patients participating in the consultation.Conclusion The Internet online consultation platform reduces unnecessary hospital visits for patients, helps to avoid cross-infection, allows patients to obtain professional guidance from doctors in prevention, medical treatment and epidemic prevention knowledge without leaving the house, and effectively relieves patients’ tension, timely solution of patients’ confusion, reduced unnecessary hospital visits and psychological panic, and was generally recognized by patients.
