摘要:
目的 探讨微课在中医护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法 选择我校2019年5月10日~6月30日中升本护理专业120名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各60名。对照组采用传统演示教学法,实验组采用微课辅助教学法,在课程结束后,比较两组操作考核成绩,通过问卷调查比较两组学生学习能力改善情况。结果 实验组操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,实验组学生学习能力提升优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在中医护理实训教学中引入微课辅助教学,可以增强学生自主学习的能力、提高学生的学习兴趣,进而提高学生的技能操作能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of micro-course in Chinese medicine nursing practice teaching.Methods From May 10th to June 30th, 2019, 120 students majoring in nursing majors in our school were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 students in each group. The control group adopts the traditional demonstration teaching method,and the experimental group adopts the micro-lecture assisted teaching method. After the course is over, the two groups of operation assessment results were compared, and the improvement of the two groups of students’ learning ability was compared through a questionnaire survey.Results The performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the questionnaire survey showed that the improvement of students’ learning ability in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of micro-course assisted teaching in TCM nursing training can enhance students’ ability to learn independently, increase students’ interest in learning, and further improve their skills and operation ability.
