摘要:
目的 探讨颈椎骨折患者围手术期应用无缝隙护理对患者并发症发生的影响。方法 选取2017年8月~2019年3月我院收治的颈椎骨折患者94例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各47例；对照组行常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上行无缝隙护理。比较两组Barthel指数、NRS疼痛评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、EORTCQLQ-C30量表评分、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果 研究组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分、EORTCQLQ-C30量表评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组NRS疼痛评分为（66.53±4.33）分，低于对照组的（76.17±5.74）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组对护理的满意度为95.74%，高于对照组的80.85%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为8.51%，低于对照组的25.53%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 颈椎骨折患者围手术期进行无缝隙护理的效果较为理想，可有效提高患者的生命质量和运动功能，减轻其疼痛程度，且可减少并发症的发生，患者满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of seamless nursing on patients with cervical spine fracture during perioperative period.Methods 94 patients with cervical spine fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 47 cases in each;The control group received routine care, and the study group performed seamless care on the basis of the control group.The Barthel index, NRS pain score, Fugl-Meyer score, EORTCQLQ-C30 scale score, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer score, and EORTCQLQ-C30 scale scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The NRS pain score of the study group was (66.53±4.33) points, which was lower than the (76.17±5.74) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The study group’s satisfaction with nursing was 95.74%, which was higher than the control group’s 80.85%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The complication rate in the study group was 8.51%, which was lower than the 25.53% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of seamless nursing for patients with cervical spine fractures during the perioperative period is relatively ideal. It can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and motor function, reduce the degree of pain, and reduce the occurrence of complications, and patient satisfaction is high.
