摘要:
帕金森病(PD)是一种神经退行性疾病,目前尚无可以治愈的手段,其临床表现中的步态障碍与帕金森病患者的生活质量密切相关,也可作为病情发展的监测指标之一。目前,临床中主要可以通过量表评估、仪器检测以及影像学相关检查手段对步态障碍的患者进行早期诊断。但现阶段帕金森病步态障碍的发生机制仍不明确,目前主流的研究方向主要集中在改善评价方法及提高有效治疗手段等方面。现就早期帕金森病患者步态障碍的研究治疗现状综述如下。
Abstract:
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease, and there is no cure method at present. The gait disorder in its clinical manifestations is closely related to the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease, and can also be used as one of the monitoring indicators of disease development. At present, early diagnosis of patients with gait disorder can be carried out mainly through scale assessment, instrument detection and imaging related examination. However, the mechanism of gait disorder in Parkinson’s disease is still unclear. At present, the mainstream research direction mainly focuses on improving evaluation methods and improving effective treatment methods. Here is to make a review on the research and treatment of gait disorders in early Parkinson’s disease disease patients.
