摘要:
目的 探讨近10年消化性溃疡护理研究热点及研究前沿。方法 计算机检索2010年1月1日-2021年1月1日发表在中国知网（CNKI）的有关消化性溃疡护理的文献，运用CiteSpace文献计量软件，分析消化性溃疡护理相关文献的发文趋势、高频关键词及关键词共现，绘制关键词聚类及关键词突现图谱。结果 共纳入文献2087篇；文献计量结果显示，近10年有关消化性溃疡护理研究的发文量总体呈上升趋势；我国西南地区医院是消化性溃疡护理研究的主要阵地；康复、护理、心理护理、健康教育等是消化性溃疡护理的研究焦点；消化性溃疡穿孔患者的护理、消化性溃疡患者的心理护理、消化性溃疡患者的健康教育等是该领域的研究热点。结论 有关消化性溃疡护理的研究内容不断增多，但文献质量有待提高，建议根据近年来突现词研究趋势进行有针对性的研究以获得更高的突破，从而提高患者的生存质量。另外，该研究领域内作者及机构合作不足，有待加强。未来研究可借鉴外文文献，细化和深入研究内容，提高研究证据的质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers of peptic ulcer nursing in recent 10 years.Methods The literature on peptic ulcer nursing published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from January 1,2010 to January 1,2021 was searched by computer. CiteSpace bibliometric software was used to analyze the publication trend, high-frequency keywords and keyword co-occurrence of peptic ulcer nursing related literature, and to draw keyword clustering and keyword burst map.Results A total of 2087 articles were included ; the bibliometric results showed that the number of publications on peptic ulcer nursing research in the past ten years was on the rise. The hospital in southwest China was the main position of peptic ulcer nursing research; rehabilitation, nursing, psychological nursing and health education were the research focus of peptic ulcer nursing. The nursing of patients with peptic ulcer perforation, the psychological nursing of patients with peptic ulcer, and the health education of patients with peptic ulcer were the research hotspots in this field.Conclusion The research content of peptic ulcer nursing is increasing, but the quality of literature needs to be improved. It is suggested that targeted research should be carried out according to the research trend of emergent words in recent years to obtain higher breakthroughs, so as to improve the quality of life of patients. In addition, the cooperation between authors and institutions in this research field is insufficient and needs to be strengthened. Future research can learn from foreign literature, refinement and in-depth study to improve the quality of research evidence.
