摘要:
目的 探究温针灸联合通络止痛散治疗腰腿痛患者对其肢体运动功能、腰椎功能的影响。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年7月酒泉市中医院收治的120例腰腿痛患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（60例）与观察组（60例）。对照组给予通络止痛散治疗，观察组应用温针灸联合通络止痛散治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、肢体运动功能[肢体运动功能简式Fugl-Meyer评分（FMA）]、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会腰椎评分表（JOA）]、腰腿痛情况[Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）]、症状消失时间（腰部症状消失时间、下肢症状消失时间）。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后中医症状积分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后FMA、JOA评分高于治疗前，ODI指数低于治疗前，且观察组FMA、JOA评分高于对照组，ODI指数低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组腰部症状消失时间、下肢症状消失时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 温针灸联合通络止痛散治疗腰腿痛疗效肯定，可缓解临床中医症状，改善患者的肢体运动功能及腰椎功能，促进疼痛缓解，加快恢复进程。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with Tongluo Zhitong powder on limb motor function and lumbar function in patients with lumbocrural pain.Methods From July 2021 to July 2022, 120 patients with lumbocrural pain admitted to Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Gansu Province were selected and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Tongluo Zhitong powder, and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Tongluo Zhitong powder. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, limb motor function [limb motor function simplified Fugl-Meyer score (FMA)], lumbar function [Japanese Orthopaedic Association lumbar spine score (JOA)], low back and leg pain [Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI)], symptom disappearance time (waist symptom disappearance time, lower limb symptom disappearance time) were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The FMA and JOA scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the ODI index was lower than that before treatment, while the FMA and JOA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the ODI index was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of waist symptoms and lower limb symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with Tongluo Zhitong powder is effective in the treatment of lumbocrural pain, which can relieve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improve limb motor function and lumbar function, promote pain relief and accelerate recovery.
