摘要:
目的 观察泻脾除热饮配合穴位贴敷治疗胬肉攀睛的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年7月我院诊治的64例胬肉攀睛患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各组32例。对照组应用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液对症支持治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用泻脾除热饮配合穴位贴敷治疗，比较两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、临床症状（眼干涩、充血肥厚、异物感）评分、眼部功能指标[角膜荧光染色评分（CFS）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）]以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组总有效率的78.13%比较，研究组治疗总有效率更高，达93.75%（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组治疗后VAS、CFS评分及眼干涩、充血肥厚、异物感评分更低，BUT更大（P＜0.05）；且与对照组不良反应发生率的9.38%比较，研究组不良反应发生率较低，为6.25%，但组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 泻脾除热饮配合穴位贴敷治疗胬肉攀睛的临床效果理想，可减轻临床症状，改善眼功能指标，且不增加不良反应发生几率，是一种有效、可行的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiepi Chure decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pterygium.Methods From January 2022 to July 2023, 64 patients with pterygium in our hospital were selected as the research objects and using the random number table method, patients were divided into control group and study group, with 32 patients in each group. While, patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops for symptomatic and supportive treatment, and patients in the study group were treated with Xiepi Chure decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), clinical symptoms (dry eye, congestive hypertrophy, foreign body sensation) score, eye function index [corneal fluorescence staining score (CFS), tear film rupture time (BUT)] and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 78.13% of the total effective rate of the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher, reaching 93.75% (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS, CFS scores and scores of eye dryness, congestion and hypertrophy, foreign body sensation were lower, BUT was larger in the study group after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with 9.38% of the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.25%, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiepi Chure decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pterygium is ideal, which can reduce clinical symptoms, improve eye function indicators, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions. It is an effective and feasible treatment plan.
