摘要:
目的 探讨瓜尔豆胶对代谢综合征患者体型特征及代谢指标的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-10月陕西省中医医院招募符合诊断标准的腹型肥胖型代谢综合征患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组予以口服纯熟白燕麦粉(无糖)、试验组予以口服瓜尔豆胶,比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂指标、体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围、血压及安全性。结果 试验组治疗后空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重、舒张压、收缩压较对照组降低,且试验组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度胆固醇、体重、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后腰围较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组治疗前后高密度胆固醇、臀围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 瓜尔豆胶对代谢综合征患者体型特征及血压、血糖、血脂等代谢指标可产生积极的调节作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of guar gum on body characteristics and metabolic indexes in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods From January to October 2023, 60 patients with abdominal obesity metabolic syndrome who met the diagnostic criteria were recruited from Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into control group (30 patients) and experimental group (30 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given oral cooked white oat flour (sugar-free), and the experimental group was given oral guar gum. The fasting blood glucose, blood lipid index, body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure and safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, body weight, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density cholesterol, body weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the waist circumference of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in high-density cholesterol and hip circumference between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Guar gum has a positive regulatory effect on the body characteristics and metabolic indexes such as blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with metabolic syndrome.
