摘要:
目的 探讨中西医结合护理对初产妇产褥期并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年1月丰城市中医院进行分娩的80例初产妇作为观察对象，按照入院单号尾号的奇偶数分成对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上应用中西医结合护理。比较两组临床指标（肛门排气时间、初次进食时间、住院时间）、泌乳量、乳房疼痛程度、护理满意度、产褥期并发症。结果 研究组肛门排气时间、初次进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组产后1、5、7 d泌乳量高于对照组，产后5、7 d乳房疼痛评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的77.50%（P＜0.05）；研究组产褥期并发症发生率为2.50%，低于对照组的17.50%（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合护理能够加快初产妇产后康复进程，提高泌乳量及护理满意度，降低乳房疼痛及产褥期并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on puerperal complications and nursing satisfaction of primipara. Methods From January 2020 to January 2023, 80 primiparas who gave birth in Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the odd and even number of the tail number of the admission number, with 40 primiparas in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical indexes (anal exhaust time, first feeding time, hospitalization time), lactation volume, breast pain degree, nursing satisfaction and puerperal complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, initial feeding time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The lactation volume at 1, 5 and 7 days after delivery of study group was higher than that in the control group, and breast pain score of the study group at 5 and 7 days after delivery was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of puerperal complications in the study group was 2.50%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can accelerate the postpartum rehabilitation process of primipara, improve lactation volume and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of breast pain and puerperal complications.
