摘要:
目的 探讨黄体酮联合雌激素对异常子宫出血患者月经、血红蛋白和止血效果的影响。方法 按照随机数字表法将广昌县中医院2023年1月-2024年6月收治的78例异常子宫出血患者分为研究组39例和对照组39例。对照组患者予以黄体酮治疗，研究组以黄体酮+戊酸雌二醇片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、血红蛋白水平、月经情况（月经量、月经持续时间）、不良反应发生情况（恶心、头晕、阴道不规则出血、乳房胀痛）。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，研究血红蛋白水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组月经量、月经持续时间均少于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率方面，研究组相较于对照组更低（P＜0.05）。结论 黄体酮联合雌激素不仅能提升异常子宫出血患者的治疗效果，同时在提高患者血红蛋白水平、改善其月经情况、降低不良反应发生率方面具有积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of progesterone combined with estrogen on menstruation, hemoglobin and hemostatic effect in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A random number table was used to assign 78 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, admitted to Guangchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024, into a study group (39 patients) and a control group (39 patients). Patients in the control group were administered oral progesterone alone, whereas those in the study group received combined therapy with progesterone and estradiol valerate tablets. The total effective rate, hemoglobin level, menstrual status (menstrual volume, menstrual duration) and adverse reactions (nausea, dizziness, irregular vaginal bleeding, breast distending pain) were compared between the two groups. Results A higher total effective rate was observed in the study group compared to the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the study group demonstrated a greater increase in hemoglobin level compared to the control group (P<0.05). The study group showed reduced menstrual volume and shorter duration of menstruation compared to the control group (P<0.05). Comparison between groups revealed a lower incidence of adverse reactions in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined therapy with progesterone and estrogen can not only improve the therapeutic effect of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, but also play a positive role in improving hemoglobin level, improving menstruation and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
