摘要:
椎间盘退变(IDD)是椎间盘突出及椎管狭窄的发生基础,也是导致腰背痛及神经根痛的主要原因,不仅会降低患者生活质量,同样为社会带来沉重的经济负担。然而,椎间盘退变的病因和发生机制复杂多样,目前尚不完全清楚,包括但不限于衰老、遗传、机械负荷、代谢性疾病、营养等方面,其中雌激素及炎症因子在整个IDD的发生及发展过程中都起着非常重要的作用,雌激素及炎症因子或可为IDD的预防或治疗提供新的治疗思路。本文就雌激素及炎症因子与IDD的关系进行综述,以期为后续研究提供一定参考。
Abstract:
Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD) is the basis of disc herniation and spinal stenosis, which is also the main cause of low back pain and nerve root pain. It not only reduces the quality of life of patients, but also brings heavy economic burden to society. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of IDD are complex, and it is not completely clear at present, including but not limited to aging, genetics, mechanical load, metabolic diseases, nutrition, etc. Estrogen and inflammatory factors may provide new treatment ideas for the prevention or treatment of IDD because they play a very important role in the occurrence and development of IDD. This article reviews the relationship between estrogen, inflammatory factors and IDD in order to provide some reference for future research.
