摘要:
目的 了解与分析医院图书馆临床用户获取专业信息的行为习惯、特征、需求,对图书馆资源及服务的使用情况,以期改进医院图书馆的信息服务质量与效果。方法 基于文献研究和专家咨询制定调查问卷,使用“问卷星”制作问卷和收集数据,采用简单随机抽样方法,就用户个人概况、用户信息行为特征、我馆资源与信息服务知晓与使用情况、用户评价与需求4个维度,对广州某大型三甲中医院的临床医务人员进行问卷调查,调查时间为2024年3月1日-4月30日。结果 回收有效问卷182份,结果显示临床用户专业信息获取目的与渠道呈现多样化,但存在无法高效筛选信息等多种障碍;不同类别的临床人员在信息获取目的、信息困境、对图书馆服务的选择上有所不同。临床用户对医院图书馆的资源与服务知晓与利用率低,但具有强烈的信息服务需求。结论 医院图书馆需要加强宣传,采取有针对性的服务策略,提供适用于数智时代的信息素养培训,优化服务流程,建立有效的用户沟通与反馈机制以改善医院图书馆以用户为中心的信息服务,助力于用户决策。
Abstract:
Objective To understand and analyze the behavior habits, characteristics and needs of clinical users in hospital libraries to obtain professional information, and the use of library resources and services, so as to improve the quality and effect of information service in hospital libraries. Method Based on literature research and expert consultation, a questionnaire was developed, and a questionnaire was made and data were collected using the "Wenjuanxing". A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the clinical medical staff of a large tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from March 1, to April 30, 2024 on the four dimensions of user profile, user information behavior characteristics, awareness and use of resources and information services in our library, user evaluation and demand. Results A total of 182 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that the purpose and channels of clinical users′ professional information acquisition were diversified, but there were many obstacles such as inability to efficiently screen information; different types of clinical personnel had different information acquisition purposes, information dilemmas, and choices of library services. Clinical users had a low awareness and utilization rate of hospital library resources and services, but had a strong demand for information services. Conclusion Hospital libraries need to strengthen publicity, adopt targeted service strategies, provide information literacy training suitable for the digital age, optimize service processes, and establish effective user communication and feedback mechanisms to improve user-centered information services in hospital libraries and help users make decisions.
