摘要:
目的 探讨ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱的认知状况，为科室开展相关知识培训，制定科室决策提供依据。方法 采用自制的护士ICU获得性衰弱知信行问卷，对我院97名ICU护士进行现场调查，分析ICU护士对ICUAW相关知识、信念、行为的情况。结果 共发放问卷97份，回收有效问卷93份，有效率回收率为95.87%。ICU护士对ICUAW认知总分为（71.08±10.77）分，优良率为66.67%；3个维度得分比较，由高到低依次为信念、行为、知识。不同年龄、不同岗位类型、不同学历层次、不同ICU工龄的护士知识、信念、行为得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不同性别、不同结婚状况的护士知识、信念、行为得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 低学历、低年资年轻 ICU护士及ICU 护理管理者对ICUAW相关知识缺乏，应加强对ICUAW的重视及对ICU护士ICUAW相关知识的培训，从而减少ICUAW的发生率，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the cognitive status of ICU nurses' acquired weakness in ICU, and to provide relevant knowledge training for the department and to provide basis for decision-making in department. Methods A self-made nurse ICU was used to obtain a questionnaire on sexual weakness and knowledge. A questionnaire was conducted on 97 ICU nurses in our hospital to analyze the knowledge, beliefs and behaviors of ICUW among ICU nurses. Results A total of 97 questionnaires were distributed and 93 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective recovery rate was 95.87%. ICU nurses had a total score of ICUAW (71.08±10.77), and the excellent and good rate was 66.67%. The scores of the three dimensions were higher, lower, followed by belief, behavior, and knowledge. The differences in knowledge, beliefs, and behavioral scores of nurses of different ages, different job types, different academic levels, and different ICU working years were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison of nurses' knowledge, beliefs, and behavior scores between different genders and different marriage statuses,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Low-educated, low-age young ICU nurses and ICU care managers lack knowledge about ICUAW. They should strengthen the emphasis on ICUAW and the training of ICUW-related knowledge in ICU nurses, thereby reducing the incidence of ICUAW and improving the quality of life of patients.
