摘要:
目的 研究婴幼儿感染轮状病毒的相关因素,为疾病的预防和诊治提供科学依据。方法 通过检索中文数据库(中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库)和英文数据库(PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science),利用Meta分析方法对2000年1月~2018年9月国内外已发表的关于婴幼儿感染轮状病毒相关因素的病例对照研究进行定量综合分析。结果 本研究共纳入文献11篇,4056人,其中病例组1862 人,对照组2194人。主要危险因素包括社区接触类似患者,发病前出入医疗场所,经常抱孩子外出,有吮指习惯,合并后的OR值和95%CI 分别为5.71(3.36~9.70)、2.67(1.21~5.91)、1.57(1.10~2.22)、2.96(1.42~6.17);喂奶、喂饭前洗手,RV疫苗接种史,看护人文化程度初中及初中以上为保护因素,合并后的OR值和95%CI 分别为0.54(0.39~0.75)、0.45(0.34~0.60)、0.70(0.54~0.91)。社区接触类似患者这一危险因素存在发表偏倚,其余7个相关因素无发表偏倚。结论 影响婴幼儿感染RV的相关因素较多,应从多个方面采取措施进行预防控制,以降低RV发病率和死亡率。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the related factors of rotavirus infection in infants and young children, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of diseases.Methods The Chinese database (Chinese academic journal full-text database, Wanfang database, Chongqing Weipu database) and English database (PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science) were used to utilize the meta-analysis method from January to September 2018 at home and abroad. A case-control study published on infant and child-infected rotavirus-related factors was performed for quantitative analysis.Results A total of 11 articles, 4056 people were included in the study, including 1862 in the case group and 2194 in the control group. The main risk factors include community contact with similar patients. Before entering the medical field, the child often went out and had a habit of fingering. The combined OR value and 95% CI were 5.71(3.36-9.70) and 2.67(1.21-5.91),1.57(1.10-2.22),2.96(1.42-6.17); washing hands before feeding, feeding RV vaccination history, nursing staff's education level junior middle school and above junior high school are protective factors, the combined OR value and 95%CI were 0.54(0.39-0.75),0.45(0.34-0.60),0.70(0.54-0.91).There is a publication bias in the risk of community exposure to similar patients, and the remaining seven related factors are not published biased.Conclusion There are many related factors affecting RV infection in infants and young children. Measures should be taken to prevent and control RV morbidity and mortality.
