摘要:
目的 探究6min步行试验(6MWT)训练对于慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法 选取我院2017年10月~2018年10月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者96例,随机分成常规组和实验组,各48例。常规组给予标准的抗心力衰竭治疗,实验组在此基础上给予6MWT训练。比较两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度。结果 实验组LVEF为(52.16±1.64)%,高于常规组的(45.54±2.67)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组NT-proBNP为(886.96±150.32)ng/L,低于常规组的(1766.7±148.82)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组心功能改善总有效率为93.75%,高于常规组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6min步行试验训练可以有效减轻慢性心力衰竭患者心脏负荷,增加射血分数,改善患者心功能。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of 6min walk test (6MWT) training on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 96 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, 48 cases each. The routine group was given standard anti-heart failure treatment. The experimental group was given on this basis 6MWT training. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) concentrations were compared between the two groups.Results The LVEF of the experimental group was (52.16±1.64)%, which was higher than that of the conventional group (45.54±2.67)%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group NT-proBNP was (886.96±150.32) ng/L, which was lower than the conventional group (1766.7±148.82) ng/L,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of improvement of cardiac function in the experimental group was 93.75%, which was higher than that of the conventional group 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6min walking test training can effectively reduce the cardiac load, increase the ejection fraction and improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure.
