摘要:
目的 探讨个性化康复训练在股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定术后的应用效果。方法 选择2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的100例行PFNA内固定术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组予以常规康复训练,观察组予以个性化康复训练,比较两组患者下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、髋关节功能(Harris)评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分和并发症情况。结果 观察组下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间分别为(2.93±1.02)d、(98.72±10.16)d、(9.20±2.39)d,均少于对照组(3.79±1.25)d、(118.91±14.09)d、(15.76±3.25)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Harris评分、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个性化康复训练有利于改善股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定术后的髋关节功能,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,加快患者康复,提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of personalized rehabilitation training on PFNA internal fixation in patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated with PFNA internal fixation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training. The observation group was given individualized rehabilitation training, and the time of bed-out activity, fracture healing time, hospitalization time, hip function (Harris) score, quality of life scale (SF-36) score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed, fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were (2.93±1.02)d, (98.72±10.16)d, (9.20±2.39)d, respectively, which were less than the control group (3.79±1.25)d, (118.91±14.09)d, (15.76±3.25)d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the Harris score and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than that in the control group 24.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized rehabilitation training is beneficial to improve hip joint function after PFNA internal fixation in patients with intertrochanteric fractures, reduce complications, shorten hospitalization time, speed up patient recovery and improve patients' quality of life.
