摘要:
目的 探讨阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及对患者认知功能的影响。方法 选择2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的184例难治性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各92例。对照组采用氯氮平联合利培酮治疗，观察组采用阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗，比较两组临床疗效，采用韦氏成人智力量表（WAIS-RC）评估患者认知功能改善情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.74%，高于对照组的79.35%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组知识、相似性、数字广度、图案填充、木块团、数字符号评分均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效确切，有助于改善患者认知功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia and its effect on patients’ cognitive function.Methods A total of 184 patients with refractory schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The random number table method was used to divide the control group and the observation group, 92 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clozapine combined with risperidone, and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with clozapine. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-RC) was used to evaluate the improvement of cognitive function.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.74%, which was higher than the 79.35% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The knowledge, similarity, number breadth, pattern filling, wooden block, and number symbol score of the two groups They were all higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with clozapine is effective in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia, and it is helpful to improve patients’ cognitive function.
