摘要:
目的 探讨隐裂性牙髓炎根管治疗后全瓷冠修复的应用效果。方法 选取2017年3月~2018年6月我院收治的82例隐裂性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组41例。两组均给予Cortisomol糊剂根管充填治疗，对照组根管治疗后金属烤瓷冠修复，研究组根管治疗后全瓷冠修复，比较两组治疗前后咀嚼、咬合功能评分、疼痛评分、生活质量评分与临床疗效。结果 研究组咀嚼、咬合功能评分高于对照组[（88.65±3.74）分vs（77.32±3.61）分]、[（87.93±3.53）分vs（76.81±3.47）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组疼痛评分低于对照组[（1.84±0.18）分vs（3.12±0.35）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组精神成长、人际关系、营养、压力管理、健康责任及体育运动评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%，高于对照组的80.49%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 隐裂性牙髓炎根管治疗后全瓷冠修复的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者咀嚼、咬合功能，减轻疼痛，提升其生活质量，加速恢复进程。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application effect of all-ceramic crown repair after root canal treatment for fissured pulpitis. Methods 82 patients with dehiscent pulpitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Cortisomol paste was used for root canal filling in both groups, in the control group, the metal porcelain crown was repaired after root canal treatment. In the study group, the all porcelain crown was repaired after root canal treatment. The chewing, occlusal function score, pain score, quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The chewing and occlusal function scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(88.65±3.74) points vs (77.32±3.61) points], [(87.93±3.53) points vs (76.81±3.47) points),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group [(1.84±0.18) points vs (3.12±0.35) points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the spiritual growth, interpersonal relationship, nutrition, the scores of stress management, health responsibility and physical exercise were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.56%, which was higher than 80.49% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of all-ceramic crown repair after root canal treatment of fissurable pulpitis is effective, which can effectively improve the chewing and occlusal function of patients, reduce pain, improve their quality of life, and accelerate the recovery process.
