摘要:
目的 探究缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年4月~2020年4月我院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者72例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组，各36例。对照组应用缬沙坦分散片治疗，观察组在此基础上加用前列地尔注射液治疗；比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、血压变化情况、肾功能指标、生活质量及心理状态评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为2.78%，低于对照组的19.44%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组血压控制情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组Scr、BUN、24h Upro、尿红细胞水平改善均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组社会、躯体、环境、心理及综合评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效确切，可降低不良反应，改善患者肾功能，有效控制血压，提升患者的生活质量，改善其心理状态，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of valsartan dispersible tablets combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with valsartan dispersible tablets, and the observation group was treated with alprostadil injection on this basis; the clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, blood pressure changes, renal function indexes, quality of life and mental state scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 2.78%, which was lower than 19.44% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); the control of blood pressure in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the improvement in the levels of Scr, BUN, 24h Upro, and urinary red blood cells in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the social, physical, environmental, psychological and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were all lower In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan dispersible tablets combined with alprostadil injection has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, which can reduce adverse reactions, improve patients’ renal function, effectively control blood pressure, improve patients’ quality of life, and improve their psychological status. It is worthy of clinical application.
