摘要:
目的 分析尿毒清颗粒、前列地尔联合丹参酮治疗糖尿病肾病对凝血功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选择我院2016年6月~2018年8月诊治的糖尿病肾病患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。对照组使用尿毒清颗粒治疗,研究组采用尿毒清颗粒、前列地尔联合丹参酮治疗,比较两组凝血功能及生活质量评分。结果 研究组PT(12.02±1.09)s、FIB(2.54±0.21)g/L、TT(18.21±1.43)s、APTT(30.57±1.95)s,均优于对照组的(15.18±1.21)s、(4.97±0.51)g/L、(24.76±1.73)s、(25.71±1.68)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组认知功能、情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 丹参酮注射液、尿毒清颗粒联合前列地尔对糖尿病肾病的疗效确切,可明显改善凝血功能,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of urinary granules, alprostadil combined with tanshinone on the coagulation function and quality of life of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 68 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with urinary granules. The study group was treated with urinary granules, alprostadil combined with tanshinone, and the coagulation function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The study group had PT (12.02±1.09) s,(2.54±0.21) g/L,(18.21±1.43) s, and (30.57±1.95) s, which were better than the control group (15.18±1.21) s, (4.97±0.51) g/L,(24.76±1.73) s,(25.71±1.68) s, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); study group cognitive function, emotional function, physical function, society The functional scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Tanshinone injection and urinary granule combined with alprostadil have a definite effect on diabetic nephropathy, which can significantly improve coagulation function and improve quality of life.
