摘要:
目的 观察前列地尔对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清炎症因子水平及营养生化指标的影响。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年5月在我院诊治的90例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予前列地尔治疗，比较两组临床治疗疗效、血清炎症因子水平、营养生化指标、肾功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.12%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）；两组白细胞（WBC）、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数、C-反应蛋白（CRP）均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组白蛋白（ALB）、血钙（Ca2+）高于治疗前，血磷（P+）低于治疗前，且观察组ALB、Ca2+高于对照组，P+低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组血清肌酐（Scr）、尿微量白蛋白 （mALB）、血清尿素氮（BUN）均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 应用前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效确切，可提高总有效率，降低血清炎症因子水平，改善营养生化指标，促进肾功能恢复，且不良反应发生率低，具有良好的治疗安全性和有效性。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil on serum inflammatory factors and nutritional biochemical indexes in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factor levels, nutritional biochemical indexes, renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.12%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The white blood cell (WBC), peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) count and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Albumin (ALB) and blood calcium (Ca2+) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and blood phosphorus (P+) was lower than that before treatment, and ALB and Ca2+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P+ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The serum creatinine (Scr), urinary microalbumin (mALB) and serum urea nitrogen (BUN) of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil is effective in the treatment of chronic renal failure, which can improve the total effective rate, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, improve nutritional and biochemical indexes, and promote renal function recovery. The incidence of adverse reactions is low, and it has good therapeutic safety and effectiveness.
