摘要:
目的 探讨参麦注射液联合放化疗对中晚期老年食管癌患者效果和毒副反应情况。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年12月临邑县人民医院收治的120例晚期食管癌老年患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组采用放射治疗联合卡培他滨治疗，观察组行放射治疗联合参麦注射液治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后卡氏功能状态评分（KPS评分）和毒副反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率（83.33%）高于对照组（76.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组KPS评分均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组毒副反应总发生率（25.00%）低于对照组（46.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 参麦注射液联合放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌老年患者的临床疗效确切，毒副反应较，能够提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect and side effects of Shenmai injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to Linyi County People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was combined with radiotherapy for capecitabine treatment, the observation group was treated with radiotherapy combined with Shenmai injection, and the clinical efficacy, KPS score before and after treatment and the occurrence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate (83.33%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (76.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total incidence of side effects in the observation group (25.00%) was lower than that of the control group (46.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer, with relatively high toxicity and can improve the quality of life of patients.
