摘要:
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤及动静脉瘘诊疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月~2020年1月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的63例患者医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤或动静脉瘘的超声声像图，分析其在诊断、治疗和复查中的应用价值。结果 股动脉假性动脉瘤52例，股动脉动静脉瘘7例，两者并存4例，诊断符合率为100%；瘘口内径0.8~3.8 mm，平均瘘口内径（2.00±0.73）mm，平均瘘道内血流速度（213.35±74.24）cm/s；52例假性动脉瘤中，选择单纯局部压迫或超声引导下压迫34例，选择超声引导下凝血酶注射治疗18例；愈合时间2 d~11个月。结论 超声在医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤和动静脉瘘的诊断、治疗及复查中有良好的应用价值，可作为诊治股动脉假性动脉瘤及动静脉瘘的影像学方法。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas.Methods A retrospective analysis of the ultrasound images of 63 patients with iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysms or arteriovenous fistulas admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020.Analyze its application value in diagnosis, treatment and review.Results There were 52 cases of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm, 7 cases of femoral artery arteriovenous fistula, 4 cases of both coexisted, and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%;The inner diameter of the fistula was 0.8~3.8 mm, the average inner diameter of the fistula was (2.00±0.73) mm, and the average blood flow velocity in the fistula was (213.35±74.24) cm/s;among 52 cases of pseudoaneurysms, 34 cases were treated by local compression or ultrasound-guided compression, and 18 cases were treated by ultrasound-guided thrombin injection;The healing time was 2 d to 11 months.Conclusion Ultrasound has good application value in the diagnosis, treatment and review of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas. It can be used as an imaging method for the diagnosis and treatment of femoral artery pseudoaneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas.
