摘要:
目的 研究彩色多普勒超声在男性不育精索静脉曲张（VC）中的诊断价值及准确性。方法 选择2019年3月~2020年3月我院收治的50例不育VC患者作为实验组，并将同期体检的50例无生殖系统疾病者设置为对照组，均进行彩超检查，比较两组超声指标[反流持续时间（TR）、最大反流速度（Vmax）、舒张期流速（DV）]、睾丸回声强度、睾丸体积、精子存活率、精子密度及睾丸萎缩率。结果 实验组TR（2.56±1.47）s、Vmax（7.55±2.31）cm/s、DV（3.25±0.96）mm均大于对照组的（0.35±0.06）s、（3.14±1.23）cm/s、（1.67±0.22）mm，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组睾丸回声强度、睾丸体积均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组精子存活率（48.74±16.26）%、精子密度（53.38±15.46）×106/ml均小于对照组（55.48±14.79）%、（86.43±24.94）×106/ml，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组睾丸萎缩率（24.00%）大于对照组（0），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 彩色多普勒超声检查可有效诊断男性不育精索静脉曲张，为临床治疗提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To study the diagnostic value and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound used in male infertile varicocele (VC).Methods 50 cases of infertile varicocele patients received in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were set as the experimental group, and 50 patients without reproductive system diseases who were examined in the same period were set as the control group. Color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed to compare the two sets of ultrasound indexes [reflux duration (TR), maximum reflux velocity (Vmax), diastolic flow velocity (DV)], testicular echo intensity, testicular volume, sperm survival rate, sperm density and testicular atrophy rate.Results The TR (2.56±1.47) s, Vmax (7.55±2.31) cm/s, and DV (3.25±0.96) mm of the experimental group were larger than those of the control group (0.35±0.06) s, (3.14±1.23) cm/s, (1.67) ±0.22) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The testicular echo intensity and testicular volume of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the sperm survival rate of the experimental group was (48.74±16.26)% and the sperm density (53.38±15.46)×106/ml were all less than the control group (55.48±14.79)%, (86.43±24.94)×106/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the testicular atrophy rate of the experimental group (24.00%) was greater than that of the control group (0), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can effectively diagnose male infertile varicocele and provide a reference for clinical treatment.
