摘要:
目的 针对综合医院肿瘤中心晚期癌症患者进行生命意义及心理状况的现状调查，了解晚期癌症患者的生命意义感、生活质量及负性情绪的现状。方法 选取2019年8月~10月在四川省某公立三级综合医院肿瘤中心住院的晚期癌症患者119例，对生命意义感、生活质量、抑郁、焦虑、自杀意念等进行问卷调查。结果 患者生命意义感得分为（46.57±12.94）分，生活质量得分为（59.18±16.03）分，其中26.05%的患者达到抑郁症状临界分值标准，有33.61%的患者达到自杀意念临界分值标准，其生命意义感与生活质量呈正相关（r=0.247，P＜0.01），与自杀意念（r=-0.286，P＜0.01）、焦虑（r=-0.301，P＜0.01）、抑郁（r=-0.350，P＜0.01）得分呈负相关。结论 晚期癌症患者存在负性情绪障碍，其生活质量和心理痛苦的重要影响因素之一是生命意义，提高此类患者生命意义的重视与管理可能有助于提高患者生活质量，减轻心里痛苦。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the meaning of life and psychological status of patients with advanced cancer in the tumor center of a general hospital to understand the meaning of life, quality of life and negative emotions of patients with advanced cancer.Methods From August 2019 to October, patients with advanced cancer (n=119) hospitalized in the tumor center of a public tertiary general hospital in Sichuan Province were selected for questionnaire surveys on their sense of life, quality of life, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.Results The patient’s sense of life score was (46.57±12.94) points, and the quality of life score was (59.18±16.03) points.26.05% reached the critical score for depressive symptoms, and 33.61% reached the critical score for suicidal ideation.The sense of meaning of life and the quality of life are positively correlated (r=0.247,P＜0.01),there was a negative correlation with the scores of suicidal ideation (r=-0.286, P＜0.01), anxiety (r=-0.301, P＜0.01), and depression (r=-0.350, P＜0.01).Conclusion Negative mood disorders exist in patients with advanced cancer. One of the important influencing factors of their quality of life and psychological pain is the meaning of life. The attention and management to improve the meaning of life of such patients may help to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the psychological pain.
