摘要:
目的 了解空腹血糖检测值达到糖尿病诊断标准以及空腹血糖受损诊断标准的现状。方法 收集2015年1月~2020年7月本院职工空腹血糖的体检结果，分析年份、性别、年龄段在空腹血糖值达到空腹血糖受损及糖尿病诊断标准的检出率。结果各年份空腹血糖值达到糖尿病诊断标准的检出率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；各年份空腹血糖值达到空腹血糖受损诊断标准的检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；男性空腹血糖体检结果达到糖尿病及空腹血糖受损诊断标准的检出率高于女性，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不同年龄段空腹血糖体检结果达到糖尿病及空腹血糖受损诊断标准的检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且检出率随着年龄的增大而增高。结论 男性空腹血糖检测结果达到糖尿病及空腹血糖受损诊断标准的风险大于女性，且年龄越大风险越高。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the diagnostic criteria of fasting blood glucose and the diagnostic criteria of impaired fasting glucose.Methods The physical examination results of the fasting blood glucose of the employees in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2020 were collected to analyze whether the year, gender, and age group had any difference in the detection rate of fasting blood glucose impaired and diabetes diagnostic criteria when the fasting blood glucose level reached the diagnostic criteria.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of fasting blood glucose that reached the diagnostic criteria for diabetes in each year (P＞0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of the fasting blood glucose level reaching the diagnostic criteria of impaired fasting blood glucose in each year (P＜0.05);The detection rate of male fasting blood glucose physical examination results meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and impaired fasting blood glucose was higher than that of females,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Compared with the detection rate of the fasting blood glucose physical examination results of different age groups meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and impaired fasting blood glucose, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the detection rate increased with age.Conclusion The risk of men’s fasting blood glucose test results meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and impaired fasting blood glucose is greater than that of women, and the older the age, the higher the risk.
