摘要:
目的 分析2018年~2019年某医院细菌耐药监测情况。方法 回顾性分析某医院2018年~2019年大肠埃希菌的耐药监测情况。结果 2018年共检出标本10,039株,其中痰标本2066株、尿液标本1797株、分泌物标本1699株、血标本972株、脓液标本604株、其他标本2901株。2018年某医院大肠埃希杆菌对头孢唑啉、氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、复方新诺明以及头孢噻肟的耐药率均在50%以上。2019年共检出标本14,027株,其中痰标本2996株、尿液标本2622株、分泌物标本2399株、血标本1344株、脓液标本840株、其他标本3826株。2019年某医院大肠埃希杆菌对头孢唑林、氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、复方新诺明的耐药率均在50%以上。结论 2018年~2019年某医院大肠埃希菌对头孢唑啉、氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦以及复方新诺明的耐药率均较高于50%,临床中应结合药敏试验的结果,合理用药,保证治疗的有效性。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the surveillance of bacterial resistance in a hospital from 2018 to 2019.Methods A retrospective analysis of the drug resistance surveillance of Escherichia coli in a hospital from 2018 to 2019.Results A total of 10,039 specimens were detected in 2018, including 2066 sputum specimens, 1797 urine specimens, 1699 secretions specimens, 972 blood specimens, 604 pus specimens, and 2901 other specimens.In 2018, the resistance rate of Escherichia coli in a hospital to cefazolin, ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, compound trimethoprim and cefotaxime were all above 50%.A total of 14,027 specimens were detected in 2019, including 2996 sputum specimens, 2622 urine specimens, 2399 secretions specimens, 1344 blood specimens, 840 pus specimens, and 3826 other specimens.In 2019, the resistance rate of Escherichia coli in a hospital to cefazolin, ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, and compound trimethoprim was more than 50%.Conclusion From 2018 to 2019, the resistance rate of Escherichia coli in a hospital to cefazolin, ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam and compound trimethoprim was higher than 50%.The results of drug susceptibility tests should be combined in clinical practice to use drugs rationally to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
