摘要:
目的 观察Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗恒牙慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法 选取2019年10月-2021年1月在我院诊治的72例恒牙慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各36例。对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂，观察组采用Vitapex糊剂进行根管消毒，比较两组治疗效果、治疗次数和周期、临床症状改善时间、咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的80.55%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗次数、周期均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组肿胀、疼痛消失和咀嚼功能恢复时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访3个月，观察组并发症发生率为5.55%，低于对照组的19.44%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 Vitapex糊剂治疗恒牙慢性根尖周炎效果确切，可提高治疗效果，促进症状改善，减少治疗次数，缩短治疗周期，快速恢复患者咀嚼功能，且并发症少，应用效果和安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste, and the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste for root canal disinfection. The therapeutic effect, treatment times and cycles, improvement time of clinical symptoms, chewing function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 80.55% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment times and cycles of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The swelling, pain disappearance and masticatory function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The bite force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.55%, which was lower than 19.44% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste is effective in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis of permanent teeth, which can improve the therapeutic effect, promote the improvement of symptoms, reduce the number of treatment, shorten the treatment cycle, and quickly recover the masticatory function of patients with fewer complications, it has good clinical application validity and safety.
