摘要:
目的 研究呼吸功能锻炼及饮食干预模式对慢阻肺（COPD）患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年6月我院收治的慢阻肺患者72例，随机分为COPD 1组和COPD 2组，每组36例。COPD 1组进行呼吸功能锻炼，COPD 2组在COPD 1组基础上联合饮食干预。比较两组各项症状改善时间，干预前后肺功能、营养状况及慢阻肺评估测试（CAT）评分、6 min步行距离（6MWD）改善情况，并比较两组生活质量改善情况。结果 COPD 2组各项症状改善时间短于COPD 1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组肺功能指标、营养指标优于干预前，COPD 2组优于COPD 1组，两组CAT评分低于干预前，COPD 2组低于COPD 1组，两组6MWD远于干预前，COPD 2组远于COPD 1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组生活质量评分高于干预前，COPD 2组高于COPD 1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 慢阻肺患者的疾病干预措施中，采取呼吸功能锻炼联合饮食干预模式既能够促进患者肺功能、营养状况改善，也能够早期促进各项症状减轻、各项功能恢复，同时提升患者生活质量，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of respiratory function exercise and diet intervention mode on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 72 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into COPD group 1 and COPD group 2, with 36 cases in each group. The COPD group 1 received respiratory function exercise, and the COPD group 2 received diet intervention on the basis of COPD group 1. The improvement time of symptoms, lung function, nutritional status, COPD assessment test (CAT) score and 6 min walking distance (6 MWD) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the improvement of quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of symptoms in COPD group 2 was shorter than that in COPD group 1, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The lung function index and nutritional index of the two groups were better than those before the intervention, the COPD group 2 was better than the COPD group 1, the CAT score of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention, the COPD group 2 was lower than the COPD group 1, the 6MWD of the two groups was much higher than that before the intervention, the COPD group 2 was much higher than the COPD group 1, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the COPD 2 group was higher than the COPD 1 group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Among the disease interventions for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the respiratory function exercise combined with diet intervention model can not only promote the improvement of lung function and nutritional status of patients, but also promote the alleviation of various symptoms and the recovery of various functions in the early stage, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
