目的 总结我国医学科研管理研究发展趋势与热点,为进一步完善我国医学科研管理工作提供理论支撑。方法 在中国知网(CNKI)检索以医学科研管理为主题的期刊论文,采用描述性统计和文献计量研究方法,分析该领域年发文量变化趋势,绘制作者/机构合作网络知识图谱、关键词聚类时序图和突现图。结果 共纳入1654篇文献,分布在448个期刊上,涉及643位作者和485个机构;中心度≥0.1的高频关键词包括科研管理、医学科研、医院管理等;突现强度排序前3的关键词为转化医学、市场经济和医药卫生;关键词聚类有科研档案、科研管理、查新咨询等。结论 我国医学科研管理研究起步于1981年,总体呈上升趋势,发展历程可划分为初步萌芽期、波动上升期和平稳发展期三个阶段;研究内容向系统化、精细化发展;已形成多个作者合作群,但尚未形成广泛的跨机构合作;研究热点包括科研档案、科研经费、临床科研、科研诚信等。建议后续广泛开展合作研究,加强研究主题与国家科技和卫生政策的结合。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the development trends and hot spots of medical research management in China, so as to provide theoretical support for further improving the management of medical research.Methods The journal papers with the theme of medical research management were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Descriptive statistics and bibliometric research methods were used to analyze the trend of annual publication in this field, and the author / institution cooperation network knowledge map, keyword clustering sequence diagram and burst diagram were drawn.Results The study included 1654 effective literatures, distributed in 448 journals, involving 643 authors and 485 institutions. High frequency key words with centrality ≥0.1 include scientific research management, medical scientific research, hospital management, etc. The top three keywords in the order of the intensity of emergence were translational medicine, market economy and medical health. Keyword clustering includes scientific research archives, scientific research management, novelty search consulting, etc.Conclusion The research on the management of medical scientific research in China started in 1981, with an overall upward trend. The development process can be divided into three stages: initial embryonic, fluctuating rising and stable development. The research content is developing towards systematization and refinement. Several author cooperation groups have been formed, but extensive inter agency cooperation has not yet been formed. Research hotspots include scientific research archives, scientific research funds, clinical scientific research, scientific research integrity, etc. It is suggested to carry out extensive cooperative research, and strengthen the integration of research topics with national policies of science and health.
