摘要:
目的 利用知识图谱可视化展示2012-2021年肥胖症在流行病学科领域的研究成果,分析其研究现状,为该领域的未来研究提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法,以Web of Science数据库为数据检索源,检索2012年1月1日-2021年12月31日肥胖症在流行病学领域的研究文献,利用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件分别构建国家、机构、作者的合作网络及其参考文献的共被引网络;利用VOSviewer1.6.18软件统计分析关键词共现网络,并利用Excel 2019统计肥胖症在流行病学领域的年发文量、国家、机构、期刊、作者及关键词的频次和引文情况。结果 ①共收集7418篇文献,近年来肥胖症在流行病学领域的研究热度一直持续不减,相关文献年发表量呈逐年增长的趋势,美国发文量位居首位,中国和英国紧随其后;②美国哈佛大学以发文量160篇位居第1位;荷兰莱顿大学教授ReneeDe Mutsert以发文量70篇位居作者第1位;③研究领域内载文量最高的期刊为BMJ OPEN,载文226篇,其次为PLOS ONE(160篇)、BMC PUBLIC HEALTH(111篇)等。在载文量前20位的期刊中,影响因子最高的期刊为CIRCULATION(IF2020:29.69),前20位期刊均载文62篇,平均影响因子5.99;④高被引文献141篇,热点文献5篇,文献总被引频次187 698次,高被引文献前3名来源期刊分别是CA-A CANCER JOURNAL FOR CLINICIANS、HEPATOLOGY和DIABETES RESEARCH AND CLINICAL PRACTICE;⑤该领域研究形成了6个具有代表性的关键词聚类,呈现了研究的重点和前沿趋势。结论 知识图谱直观展示了肥胖症在流行病学领域的研究热点,其中体重指数、代谢综合征、高血压及心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症及由肥胖引发的其他疾病,包括骨质疏松症、银屑病、痛风等都是目前肥胖症在流行病学领域研究的热点和重点。
Abstract:
Objective To display the present results of obesity study in the field of epidemiology from 2012 to 2021 by using knowledge map and refer its current status to the future research.Methods Bibliometrics was adopted and Web of Science database was used as the data retrieval source to search the papers on obesity in the field of epidemiology from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021. CiteSpace5.8.R3 software was used to construct the cooperation network of countries, institutions and authors and the co-citation network of their references. Using VOSviewer1.6.18 software to statistically analyze keyword co-occurrence network,and using Excel2019 to statistically analyze the annual publications, countries, institutions, journals, authors and keyword frequency and citation of obesity in the field of epidemiology.Results ①A total of 7418 papers were collected. In recent years,the popularity of obesity research in the field of epidemiology had continued raised,and the annual publication of related paper had been steadily increasing by recent years. The number of articles published in the United States ranks first, followed by China and Britain. ②Harvard University ranked first with 160 articles; ReneeDe Mutsert a professor at Leiden University in the Netherlands, ranked first among the authors with 70 articles. ③The journal with the highest published papers in the research field was BMJ OPEN, with 226 articles, followed by PLOS ONE(160 articles) and BMC PUBLIC HEALTH(111 articles). Among the top 20 journals with published articles, CIRCULATION(IF2020:29.69) had the highest impact factor. The top 20 journals had an average published papers of 62 and average impact factor was 5.99. ④There were 141 highly cited papers and 5 hot ones with a total citation frequency of 187 698. The top three highly cited journals were CA-A CANCER JOURNAL FOR CLINICIANS,HEPATOLOGY and DIABETES RESEARCH and CLINICAL PRACTICE. ⑤The research had formed six representative keyword clusters,showing the research focus and frontier trends.Conclusion The knowledge map intuitively shows the research hotspots of obesity in the field of epidemiology. Among them, body mass index, metabolic syndrome, hypertension and cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and other diseases caused by obesity, including osteoporosis, psoriasis and gout, are the hotspots and focuses of obesity in the field of epidemiology.
