摘要:
目的 分析我国肿瘤患者免疫营养的研究现状及发展动向,为今后临床实践与研究提供参考。方法 检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed、EMbase、SinoMed Database、CNKI、万方、维普数据库中发表的肿瘤患者免疫营养相关文献,并对最终纳入的文献进行计量学分析。结果 共纳入756篇文献,发表于269种期刊。其中以广东省和江苏省发文量最多,数量最高的单位是福建医科大学附属第一医院。疾病种类以胃癌、结直肠癌和食管癌为主。添加最多的单个营养素是谷氨酰胺,营养支持持续7 d的文献最多,营养支持途径以肠内途径为主,评价指标以免疫功能、营养状态、并发症最为常见。结论 我国肿瘤患者免疫营养的发文量呈逐年上升趋势,但发表地区间不均衡、研究内容和方法还需不断深入与完善。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of immunonutrition in cancer patients in China, and to provide reference for future clinical practice and research.Methods The literatures related to immunonutrition of tumor patients published in Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Pubmed, Embase, SinoMed Database, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases were searched, and the finally included literatures were analyzed by quantitative analysis.Results A total of 756 articles were included and published in 269 journals. Among them, guangdong and Jiangsu provinces sent the most documents, and the highest number of units was the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. The main diseases were gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer. The single nutrient added most was glutamine, and there were the most literatures about nutritional support lasting for 7 days. The nutritional support approach was mainly enteral approach, and the evaluation indexes were immune function, nutritional status and complications.Conclusion The number of publications on immunonutrition for cancer patients in our country is increasing year by year, but the publication area is uneven, and the research content and methods still need to be deepened and improved.
