摘要:
信息化建设作为一种先进的方式可以完善实验室管理体系，提高管理效率，提升基础科研领域的国家队研究水平和能力，从而服务于科技创新的国策。随着当前实验室建设的逐步发展，实验室在人员数量、实验设备及课题经费、学术成果等总体规模方面都有了大幅度的提升，实验室体系不断壮大也使得实验室传统的人工管理难度增加，实验室对内管理需进一步加强，实验室对外宣传力度需要进一步扩大。本文主要探讨信息化对实验室管理工作的重要作用，提出信息化实验室管理实践方案，以期实现实验室总体对内管理水平及对外影响力的提升。
Abstract:
Information construction, which is used as an advanced way, can improve the system and efficiency of laboratory management and enhance the research level and ability of the national team in the field of basic scientific research. Thus, it can serve the national policy of scientific and technological innovation. As development on the current construction of laboratory grows, the laboratory has achieved greatly improvement on the overall scale, including the number of personnel, experimental equipment and project fundings and academic achievements. Then, increased the difficulty of the traditional manual management of the laboratory is caused by the continuous growth of the laboratory system. Both the internal management of the laboratory and the external publicity of the laboratory should be further expanded. This paper mainly discusses the important role of informatization in laboratory management, and puts forward the practical scheme of informatization laboratory management, in order to improve the overall internal management level and external influence of the laboratory.
