摘要:
目的 建立不同厂家桑菊感冒片的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价桑菊感冒片的质量提供理论依据。方法 采用phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水梯度洗脱程序,检测波长为348 nm,柱温为25 ℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,建立桑菊感冒片的HPLC指纹图谱,使用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2008版)计算相似度,通过对照品比对及文献检索对共有峰进行指认,确定其来源。结果 测定10批次桑菊感冒片的指纹图谱,确立的指纹图谱上有13个共有峰,10批次样品的指纹图谱相似度结果在0.940~0.989,相似度良好;方法学验证结果表明重复性、稳定性、精密度结果均符合要求。结论 本方法操作简单、可靠,适用于桑菊感冒片指纹图谱的建立,可为桑菊感冒片的质量控制提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Sangju Ganmao tablets of different manufacturers, and to provide a theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of the quality of Sangju Ganmao tablets.Methods The phenomenex Gemini C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column, and the acetonitrile-water gradient elution program was used. The detection wavelength was 348 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The HPLC fingerprint of Sangju Ganmao tablets was established. The similarity was calculated by the similarity evaluation system chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version2008). The common peaks were identified by reference substance comparison and literature search to determine their source.Results There were 13 common peaks on the fingerprints after analyzing chromatograms from 10 batches of Sangju Ganmao tablets. The similarity of 10 batches of samples ranged from 0.940 to 0.989, and the similarity was good. The results of methodological verification showed that the repeatability, stability and precision met the requirements.Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and suitable for the establishment of fingerprint of Sangju Ganmao tablets, which can provide a basis for the quality control of Sangju Ganmao tablets.
