摘要:
目的 分析近十年来国内发表的有关乳腺癌心理研究领域相关文献，了解该领域的研究热点和前沿，为以后的研究提供参考。方法 在知网、万方、维普数据库检索2010年1月-2021年12月以乳腺癌心理为主题的文献，利用CiteSpace软件进行作者与研究机构分析、关键词共现、突现词分析、关键词时间图谱等可视化分析。结果 共纳入5039篇文献，研究机构与作者的共现知识图谱共包含603个节点和556条连线，作者学术影响力排名前5的学者分别是刘均娥、强万敏、李惠萍、张婷、张丽娟；发文量排名前3的机构分别是首都医科大学护理学院、安徽医科大学护理学院、吉林省肿瘤医院；关键词共现图谱共包含710个节点和1978条连线，中心度≥0.10的关键词有生活质量、心理护理等6个；突现词分析显示最强突现词有心理护理、心理问题、健康教育等14个；关键词时间线知识图谱显示关键词聚类有心理干预、心理弹性、乳腺癌根治术等7个。结论 近十年乳腺癌心理研究从井喷阶段逐渐进入深入发展阶段，未来研究应关注干预方案的科学化构建、研究范式的转型以及心理状态与行为间的联系。
Abstract:
Objective To unserstand the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of breast cancer psychological research by analyzing the literature published in China in the past ten years, so as to provide reference for future research.Methods The literature on breast cancer psychology from January 2010 to December 2021 was searched in CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors and research institutions, keyword co-occurrence, burst word analysis, keyword time map and other visual analysis.Results A total of 5039 literatures were included, and the co-existing knowledge map between research institutions and authors contained 603 nodes and 556 links. The top 5 scholars with academic influence were LIU Jun-e, QIANG Wan-min, LI Hui-ping, ZHANG Ting, and ZHANG Li-juan. The top 3 institutions in terms of number of publications were the School of Nursing of Capital Medical University, the School of Nursing of Anhui Medical University and Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital. The keyword co-occurrence map included 710 nodes and 1978 lines, and 6 keywords with centrality ≥0.10 were quality of life, psychological care, etc. The analysis of burst words showed that there were 14 burst words, such as psychological nursing, psychological problems and health education, etc. Time line knowledge map showed that there were 7 key words clustering, such as psychological intervention, psychological resilience, radical mastectomy, etc.Conclusion In the past decade, the psychological research of breast cancer has gradually entered the in-depth development stage from the blowout stage. Future research should focus on the scientific construction of intervention programs, the transformation of research paradigms, and the relationship between psychological state and behavior.
