摘要:
先天性心脏病是先天性心脏畸形疾病,通常在新生儿期可出现危重症状。相关研究指出,约有30%左右的患儿会在新生儿时期死亡。新生儿危重先天性心脏病临床症状多表现为心功能不全、严重低氧血症等,且病情发展迅速,应及时给予有效治疗,以最大化挽救新生儿生命。随着临床对先天性心脏的不断深入研究,介入治疗在新生儿危重先天性心脏病治疗中得到进一步发展,可有效避免开胸创伤和风险,而且可实现一定临床疗效。本文主要对新生儿危重先天性心脏病的介入治疗进展进行综述,以期为新生儿危重先天性心脏病的治疗提供新的方向。
Abstract:
Congenital heart disease is a congenital heart malformation disease, usually in the neonatal period can appear critical symptoms. Related studies have pointed out that about 30% of children will die in the neonatal period. The clinical symptoms of neonatal critical congenital heart disease are mostly manifested as cardiac insufficiency, severe hypoxemia, etc., and the disease develops rapidly. Effective treatment should be given in time to maximize the lives of newborns. With the continuous deepening of clinical research on congenital heart disease, interventional therapy has been further developed in the treatment of neonatal critical congenital heart disease, which can effectively avoid thoracotomy trauma and risk, and can achieve certain clinical efficacy. This article mainly reviews the progress of interventional therapy for neonatal critical congenital heart disease, in order to provide a new direction for the treatment of neonatal critical congenital heart disease.
