摘要:
目的 研究柔性护理在胺碘酮治疗心房颤动护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年5月~2018年5月我院收治126例心房颤动患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各63例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用柔性护理。比较两组患者临床护理疗效、不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的85.71%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为7.93%，低于对照组的22.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.41%，高于对照组的80.95%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在胺碘酮治疗心房颤动护理中应用柔性护理，可提高临床疗效，预防和减少不良反应的发生，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of flexible nursing in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with amiodarone. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 126 patients with atrial fibrillation were enrolled in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group applied flexible nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical nursing efficacy, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group, which was higher than 85.71% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.93%, which was lower than 22.22% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.41%, which was higher than that of the control group 80.95%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of flexible nursing in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with amiodarone can improve clinical efficacy, prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve patient satisfaction.
