摘要:
目的 探究对初产妇分娩疼痛及分娩结局进行陪伴式分娩的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院产科于2015年12月～2016年12月收治的83例产妇的临床资料，按照护理方式分为观察组与对照组，对照组40例采用常规的分娩护理，观察组43例在对照组的基础上给予陪伴分娩。观察两组的护理效果。结果 观察组疼痛VAS评分在潜伏期（4.12±1.47）分、早活跃期（6.21±1.57）分、宫口开全期（7.26±1.38）分低于对照组（5.76±1.84）分、（7.92±1.12）分、（8.82±1.14）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组产妇在第一产程（411.16±252.43）min及总产程（449.24±262.69）min的时间低于对照组（576.34±253.24）min、（604.19±263.34）min，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 给予初产妇陪伴分娩可有效减少产妇的分娩疼痛，缩短产程时间，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of parturient pain and delivery outcome on parturient.Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of puerperas admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group and control group according to nursing mode.40 cases in control group were given routine childbirth nursing, while 43 cases in observation group were accompanied by childbirth on the basis of control group.Observe the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The VAS score of pain in the observation group was(4.12±1.47)in the latent period,(6.21±1.57)in the early active phase,(7.26±1.38)in the whole period of uterine opening,lower than the control group(5.76±1.84),(7.92±1.12),(8.82±1.14),the difference was significant (P<0.05).The duration of the first stage of labor in the observation group was (411.16±252.43)min and the total labor stage was(449.24±262.69) min,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(576.34±253.24)min,(604.19±263.34)min,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving parturient accompanied delivery can effectively reduce parturient pain,shorten labor process time,and is worth popularizing.
