摘要:
目的 探讨在冠心病心绞痛患者临床护理中应用临床护理路径的干预效果，评价其对护理质量的影响作用。方法 选择丹东市第一社会福利院于2015年1月~2016年12月收治入院的78例冠心病心绞痛患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各39例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施临床护理路径护理，观察两组临床效果与护理满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.87%，高于对照组69.23%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度100.00%，高于对照组76.92%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径对提升治疗效果与患者满意度效果显著，对促进冠心病心绞痛临床护理质量的持续改进和提升具有积极意义。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing path in the clinical nursing of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases of each case.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group carried out clinical nursing path nursing,and observed the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than that of the control group 69.23%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has significant effect on improving treatment effect and patient satisfaction,and has positive significance for promoting continuous improvement and improvement of clinical nursing quality of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
