摘要:
目的 探讨活性银离子抗菌液联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法 选取2017年7月~2019年5月我院诊治的儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者214例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组107例。对照组给予活性银离子抗菌液治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗，比较两组临床疗效、生活质量（SNOT-20）评分、血清IL-5、IL-8水平。结果 治疗组总有效率为92.52%，高于对照组的75.70%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后,治疗组鼻相关症状、活力状态、社会功能及情感状态评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组血清IL-5、IL-8水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 活性银离子抗菌液联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果较佳，能有效降低炎症因子水平，改善体力，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of active silver ion antibacterial solution combined with Tongqiao Biyan Granules on chronic sinusitis in children. Methods A total of 214 children with chronic sinusitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 107 cases in each group. The control group was treated with active silver ion antibacterial solution. The treatment group was combined with Tongqiao Biyan Granules based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, SNOT-20 score, IL-5, and IL-8 levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.52%, which was higher than 75.70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of nasal-related symptoms, vitality, social function, and emotional status in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-5 and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The active silver ion antibacterial solution combined with Tongqiao Biyan Granules has a better effect on children with chronic sinusitis. It can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, improve physical strength and improve quality of life.
